Get StartedCONCEPTS.
On-Ice Skill Development.
Sessions will involve a variety of individual skill development and high-level, full ice drills. They will be designed like college practices, so our players experience what it takes to compete at that level.
Off-Ice Strength Conditioning.
Younger players rarely understand the importance of strength/conditioning. Our players will be exposed to training, nutrition, and recovery methods they can implement when they return home. They will learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and leave with a clear understanding of what they need to do off the ice to achieve their goals.
Guest Speakers Seminars.
Understanding what college coaches, general managers, and scouts are looking for is vital. Our college and junior level guest speakers will explain this in detail.
Games.
Our teams will compete throughout the camp. Games will be highly competitive, and we expect all of our players to approach them as they would in-season. These games will provide players opportunities to apply what they have learned during the camp, along with incredible exposure to the NCAA coaches in attendance. Other junior and NCAA programs will be invited to attend our games as well. Paragon Sports Development will provide anyone in attendance with lineup charts that will include background information on every player.
EXPECTATIONS.
Paragon Sports Development expects players in attendance to have growth mindsets, to compete,
and to demonstrate strong work ethic. It is important we establish a culture for the camp, such that
every player pushes each other. Attendees will get the maximum benefit from this camp if they are
willing to meet the standard of excellence we demand.
